If you were watching the 2014 Golden Globe Awards on Sunday night, you probably noticed Jennifer Lawrence passionately kiss an unidentified man sitting at her table before going onstage to collect her best supporting actress award for “American Hustle.” While hardcore fans of the 23-year-old “The Hunger Games” star may know exactly who Lawrence’s main-man is, others may not be so clued in on the A-lister's love life. Here are five fast facts about Jennifer Lawrence’s boyfriend and Golden Globes date, Nicholas Hoult:

They met on set

Before Jennifer Lawrence was a household name (and an Oscar winner), the Kentucky native and the 24-year-old British hunk met on the set of “X-Men: First Class” in 2011. The duo, whose characters Hank/Beast and Raven/Mystique share a kiss, took their romance behind-the-camera for about two years.

They called it quits last February...

but rekindled their romance while their film “X-Men: Days of Future Past” was in preproduction in June. After the pair was spotted on multiple outings together, Lawrence confirmed they were officially together again during an interview with Vogue magazine in August while discussing her home life. “I wake up earlier in the morning when I have new sponges. That counter doesn't even see it coming,” Lawrence said. “… [Hoult] would never wring them out. We were in the kitchen once, and I picked up the sponge, and it was soapy and wet, and I was like, 'See? These are the kinds of things that make me think we are never going to work.”

He's a star in his own right

While Lawrence may be the arguably the hottest actress in Hollywood right now, Hoult isn’t exactly an unknown. Not only does he appear in “X-Men,” but he also starred in the film adaptation of the best-selling supernatural love story “Warm Bodies” alongside actress Teresa Palmer in February. Not to be outdone by his off-screen lover, Hoult also has three films in post-production and is rumored to be preparing to star alongside “Twilight” superstar Kristen Stewart in the sci-fi film “Equals.”

They spent the holidays together

Not only did Hoult accompany Lawrence to one of the biggest awards shows of the year, he also reportedly brought her home to see his family in the United Kingdom over the holidays. According to People magazine, the couple was spotted at a pub in Hook, Hampshire, near Hoult’s hometown. The pair even reportedly stopped to take photos with fans during their low-key outing.

They’re rumored to be engaged

While Lawrence and Hoult have yet to confirm or deny reports, the couple is rumored to be engaged after Lawrence was spotted wearing a very sparkly ring on a very important finger at a “The Hunger Games: Catching Fire” press event in November.
